Ne\u0159\u00edk\u00e1m si, \u017ee kdy\u017e p\u016fjdu te\u010f a pak a\u017e za t\u00fdden, k ni\u010demu to nepovede. Prost\u011b jdu, kdy\u017e chci. A sv\u011bte div se, ono to funguje. Te\u010f chod\u00edm b\u011bhat dvakr\u00e1t t\u00fddn\u011b, a to se do toho ani nemus\u00edm nutit. Prokl\u00e1d\u00e1m to proch\u00e1zkami se psem, ob\u010das se prot\u00e1hnu, zajdu na j\u00f3gu nebo na badminton. A\u0165 jsem cht\u011bla nebo ne, sport se stal moj\u00ed pravidelnou aktivitou, proto\u017ee te\u010f, kdy\u017e \u201enemus\u00edm\u201c, tak o to v\u00edce m\u011b to bav\u00ed. Nikam nesp\u011bchejte, d\u011blejte to postupn\u011b a uvid\u00edte, \u017ee to bude fungovat.&#13; &#13; Mimo zdrav\u00ed m\u00e1 pravideln\u00fd pohyb \u00fa\u010dinek tak\u00e9 p\u0159i hubnut\u00ed. Samoz\u0159ejm\u011b stejn\u011b d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e1 je i vyv\u00e1\u017een\u00e1 strava.
